Nearly a year ago, in January 2016, we created a fanzine that brought together citizen contributions regarding the start of San Sebastian 2016, European Capital of Culture. Its pages captured the reflections and hopes stirred in Capital of Culture participants.
In the December session of Atlas, we will outline the creation of a new fanzine, this one with a different perspective: as the Capital of Culture comes to a close, we want to bring together reflections and opinions surrounding the changes produced by DSS2016EU. To do this, we will take fanzine proposals from the beginning of the year as a baseline, and we will review what we created back then.
What is the cultural legacy left by the 2016 project? What contributions has it made to the city? How have we experienced this year in which we were surrounded by culture?
