Alberto Peral's work falls within the framework of formal investigations that extend the field of sculpture by incorporating media such as drawing, photography and audio-visual images. A sculptural work arising from the developments of shapes and primary colours and the use of techniques such as ceramics and collage that refer to the constructive principles of the historical avant-gardes. Peral uses geometric shapes, spheres, triangles, diamonds and trapezoids as elements of a formal vocabulary from which he develops projects to suit the space where they are exhibited. Objects and installations that hide in their apparent simplicity precision mechanisms and complex construction systems, which place the viewer's gaze in an area of double meaning and visual games.
