Anna Ramos is responsible for Radio Web MACBA, the online radio project from the Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art (MACBA), which was founded in 2006. She is an enthusiastic member of the RWM Working Group, and lives and works in Barcelona. Together with Roc Jiménez de Cisneros, Ramos is also a co-manager of Alku, a multi-disciplinary platform that has operated since 1997. She develops projects, installations, musical programmes, and reading groups around sound, contemporary thought, and everything in between. Ramos has curated conferences, concerts, installations, and exhibitions for many different kinds of spaces. Together with Alicia Escobio, Ramos curated the Lorem Ipsum programming at MACBA from 2017 through 2022, and will be responsible for the Scala sound art programme this year at Tabakalera.
