Asun Pié Balaguer

 

Asun Pié Balaguer teaches and researches Psychology and Education Science at the Open University of Catalonia (UOC). She is a member of the research group titled CareNet. Care and Preparedness in the Network Society (IN3-UOC). Her research primarily looks at feminist studies of disability. She co-led the research project Collaborative management of medication: a research and participative action project for mental health (URV-UOC). RecerCaixa 2016. Citizen participation in healthcare policy (2017-2020). She is a researcher on the project Metaphors for severe mental illness. Analysis of the discourse of those affected and mental health professionals (2018-2021) (Spanish National R&D Plan: FFI2017-86969-R).
