The cross stitch is a traditional embroidery technique that has decorated homes for many years and in all parts of the world.
In this workshop we want to make the stitch of the cross stitch much larger than usual, embroidering with cotton cord over wire mesh and in a more abstract way. We will create a piece that we can take home and use to decorate the bed or any part of the house.
The workshop consists of two parts: in the first part we will practise some stitching on the metallic fabric, to later discover stitches and designs that will allow us to create different textures and colours with the cotton.
