Daniel Vanello received his BA in Philosophy from Trinity College Dublin and his PhD from the University of Warwick. His doctoral research focused on the role of emotions in our learning moral value.

Vanello is currently IRC Government of Ireland Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the School of Philosophy of University College Dublin where he is undertaking interdisciplinary research on the role of social interaction and the emotions in our learning moral value and how this informs the development of identity.
