Second part of one of the historic titles by Portabella, his General report on issues of interest for public screening, which, in 1976, recorded the start of the political transition following the death of the dictator Franco. This second ‘report’ is made in the context of a severe systemic crisis affecting culture, economy, finance, politics and energy. Above all it shows the emergence a new citizen role that is simply a recovery of politics by the people on the street.
