Language and landscape as a gateway to a new life. A young Galician emigrated to Sweden, where he had several part-time jobs while he tried to get his filmmaking career underway. The learning of a new language and his fascination for an unusual landscape soon fundamentally spurred him on when coming up against the difficulties of his adaptation process in the new country. By constantly documenting his new habitat, his different jobs and his new relations, Domínguez Serén reflects on his new emigrant-immigrant status.
