José Javier Serrano

Photographer and designer José Javier Serrano (b. 1981, Donostia), better known within artistic circles as Yosigo, is a young Donostian artist who has a new way of looking at and confronting the landscapes and places which we inhabit daily, the value and aesthetic power of which we rarely comprehend. Or rather, if we manage this, we do so by conventional means. With his photographs, Yosigo manages to overturn what we ‘usually see’, showing us his distinctive territory through his own eyes.
