Joseba Zulaika

Joseba Zulaika is a cultural anthropologist. His latest book is an ethnography of drone pilots in Nevada (USA) and resistance to the North American military empire, translated into Spanish this year under the name Muerte desde Las Vegas: La guerra de drones y la resistencia a la fantasía norteamericana (2022). Zulaika has also written numerous essays on Basque culture and society, as well as terrorism and counter-terrorism. He has been a researcher at the Center for Basque Studies at the University of Nevada, Reno (USA) since 1990.
