Koldo Serra (Bilbao, 1975). Graduated in Fine Arts from the University of the Basque Country, Koldo Serra has directed the multi-award-winning short films “Mother's Love” and “The Witch's Train” (Golden Méliès for Best European Fantasy Short Film)

Koldo has directed three feature films: “The Backwoods” (Bosque de Sombras, 2006) with Gary Oldman, Virginie Ledoyen, Paddy Considine and Aitana Sánchez Gijón as protagonists, “Gernika” (2016), with James D'Arcy, Jack Davenport and María Valverde, and “70 binladens” (2018) starring Emma Suárez, Nathalie Poza and Hugo Silva.

Koldo has directed episodes for numerous TV series and Platforms, including the popular “El Ministerio del Tiempo” for TVE, “La Casa de Papel” for Netflix or “Sin Huellas” for Prime Video. He has also directed the original serie for Orange “Caminantes” and has just released “RED QUEEN”, an adaptation of the best seller by Juan Gómez Jurado, also for Prime Video with great success worldwide.

In addition to directing publicity, he has also directed music clips for artists such as Antonio Orozco, El Sueño de Morfeo, Deluxe, Estopa or Extremoduro, among others.
