KomikiLabea is a meeting promoted by DSS2016EU and the culture section of the Diputación Foral de Guipúzcoa. The project explores the world of comics and their many aspects from an artistic, creative and language perspective.
Tabakalera's cinema joins this initiative with a double session: first, a short-day by Taiwanese artist Liu Min: "I created a daily animation for 100 days, animating frame by frame drawings done by hand. The inspiration came from anywhere, anytime, my fantasy or cats I found".
And the premiere of the new animated feature from cult author Sangho Yeon, which presents a new dark and violent social terror film, this time with vagrants zombies and a history of heartbreak.
Tabakalera organises the screening of two contemporary cinema films as part of the KomikiLabea Comic Book Week programme: 'Bloody Dairy' by Min Liu y 'Seoul Station' by Sangho Yeon.
