Laura Henno

Laura Henno initially trained as a photographer and studied film at Le Fresnoy. She was awarded the Prix Découverte at the Rencontres Internationales de la Photographie d'Arles in 2007. For several years, Laura Henno has focused her photographic and filmic work on the issues of clandestine migration, in the Comoros, on Reunion Island or in Calais. She confronts the situation of migrants and young smugglers with a documentary ambition, reinvesting reality with potential for fiction and narrative.
