Louana Gentner

Louana Gentner is a visual artist who graduated in Graphic Design from the Royal Academy of Art of The Hague (2020). Her interdisciplinary practices that combine performance, typography and film are inspired by intimate stories, deconstruction and collages. With humour and poetry, she attempts to analyse and capture the mechanisms that are hidden behind human behaviour. With attraction as the driving force for her film "Hey, do you come here often?", she attempts to verbalise the invisible connection of desire between people. Louana investigates how to create relationships and how to bring banal stories into focus. Her favourite fruit is melon.
