Alejandro Alonso Díaz
Descripcion

Alejandro Alonso Díaz is a curator and writer whose practice deals with the immaterial, relational, and spiritual dimensions of ecology. By accompanying artists and rehearsing somatic writing, his work explores the metabolic encounters between the natural, social and poetic structures of knowledge. Recently his work has been presented at the Gulbenkian Foundation in Lisbon (2022), MNCARS Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, Madrid (2022) and documenta fifteen, Kassel (2022).

He is also editor of several publications with Sternberg Press, Mousse and Koenig Books, being the most recent title Microbiopolitics of Milk (Sternberg Press, 2023), with INLAND.

Díaz is director of fluent, a non-profit arts organization that presents cycles of    exhibition modules, public programs and texts in the field of contemporary art.
