A graduate of UQAM's Baccalauréat en danse profil création (2011) and the École Supérieure de Théâtre Musical (ESTHEM- 2004), Delphine also has training in jig, violin and piano. She has had the chance to perform in a number of Quebec cities with music groups, and recently released her first album, La filante.
She currently works as a choreographer with the group Tuque et Capuche, which, since 2011, has presented her work at the Auteurs de Trouble festival in Lyon (2012), the Vue sur la Relève festival (2013) and the Montreal Fringe festival (2012 and 2015). She also created and presented the pieces Distance and Nothing I Can Do danced on the stage of the Festiblues international de Montréal (2013 and 2014). In 2015-2016, she worked on La Playlist, a multidisciplinary show that was presented in Saint-Léonard-d'Aston and at the Montreal Fringe, to a warm reception from the public and the media. In 2017, for the first time, Delphine Véronneau is co-directing with Liane Thériault a documentary on the creative process, which will be part of the Bloom project. Bloom is an evening performance in two parts, featuring film and dance. The cinema portion is a documentary in which the audience is invited to witness the company's creative process, while in the second portion, the screen gives way to the artists on stage who present the results of this process live. Delphine works regularly with other artists and companies as a director and choreographer. She has directed the music groups É.T.É, Musique à bouches and Héron, and has worked with the company La marche du crabe on three of their circus and children's theatre productions. With her own company, Morgane is the second project dedicated to camera and dance. This film deals with the theme of female archetypes, combining a dance solo with two female musicians.
