Manuel Asín

Manuel Asín, (Zaragoza, 1978). Curator of Jean-Marie Straub y Danièle Huillet.  Hacer la revolución es también volver a colocar en su sitio cosas muy antiguas pero olvidadas (MNCARS-Filmoteca Española, 2016). He is the editor of the book Escritos by Straub and Huillet (Intermedio, 2011) and of the essay volume that MNCARS y Filmoteca Española have edited about the retrospective. As a curator he has organized film series for Zinebi, Xcèntric (CCCB), Filmoteca Española, MNCARS, etc. He directed the publishing house Intermedio (2010-2015). He is the author of the Siete vigías y una torre (2005) medium-lenght film and of some short films produced by the Oteiza Museum. Currently, he is the programmer of Cine estudio (Círculo de Bellas Artes de Madrid).
