Her training combines modern history, sociology and human rights, as well as continuous training gained through her professional experience and as an activist in the field of non-formal education, development cooperation and education for social transformation.
Since 2007 she has been driving forward work on food sovereignty as part of her role as Education and Impact Manager with the Emaús Social Foundation. She coordinates processes involving collective reflection and learning, encourages synergies with influencers in the fields of economic solidarity, education, fair trade and responsible purchasing, and coordinates publications. All this work is carried out with a local-global vision and a gender focus
