Darcy Lange (New Zealand, 1946-2005) was an artist, video pioneer and flamenco guitarist.

Lange is known for his real time documentary studies of people at work. The studies reflect on a range of activities from people working in heavy industry and small workshops to learning and teaching, livestock management, agriculture, housework and the work of artists.

The project embarks on a dialogue between Tractora Koop. E. and Lange’s work, looking at artistic practice and the way Lange's approaches relate to contemporary ways of life, where work is a vital component that grows through practices and behaviours far beyond work patterns.

The residency has taken place in two different periods through the year: from 23 March until 4 April and from 23 October until 5 November.
