Materials researcher, transdisciplinary artist, designer and educator driven by curiosity, process and exploration of the local territory. Within the framework of bio-art she questions narratives of materials, technologies and living beings while proposing ontologies based on ecocentric approaches and multi-species ideologies. Her practice is informed by situated research, educational programmes and collaborations. Her research proposes the exploration of hybrid living spaces and the experimentation of new material worlds, as sensorial and interactive experiences of coexistence. To support and extend her exploratory nature, she works as an educator in several universities in Barcelona and facilitates talks, workshops and seminars internationally. She is also part of several transdisciplinary collectives, where she works on local natural resource identification, farming materials, non-human fictionaries, organic waste streams, circular and social economies, sustainability and co-creation systems.
