Filmmaker, cultural manager and curator, with a degree in Communication Sciences and Arts from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and a master's degree in film curating from the Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola in San Sebastián.
Interdisciplinary creator with a focus on the exploration of memory, collective narratives and cultural practices. Co-founder of the 24C collective, dedicated to film creation and exhibition, with which he has produced short films and organised meetings in various cultural centres. His artistic and pedagogical work combines creative research with experimentation in film, memory and the performing arts. He has also led training programmes in schools, cultural associations and rehabilitation centres, using art as a tool for expression and learning.
His film work, which oscillates between non-fiction and experimental, includes titles such as ‘Ahora, no hay nada que mirar’ (2021), developed at the Otro Norte_01 Residence, ‘B.E.S.T. Picture System’ (2022) and ‘A ningún lugar’, selected at national and international festivals.
He is currently developing ‘Los cerros que murmuran’, a project aimed at promoting local cinema by constructing narratives about resistance and preservation of collective memory.
