Descripcion
Professor and PhD at the UPV/EHU. She wrote a thesis on Basque literature translated into other languages and is the creator of the Catalogue of translations of Basque literature, ELI (Euskal Literatura Itzuliaren Katalogoa).
In her thesis, she carefully analysed the translations of Bernardo Atxaga’s books. She has recently focused on researching translations made in collaboration (between the author and translator). In recent years she has coordinated the programme «The writer and their translations».
