Natalia Méndez Merino

Natalia Méndez Merino holds a degree in Marine Sciences (specialisation in biology) from the University of Vigo. She has developed her entire professional career working on environmental issues, ranging from the non-governmental sector in her early years and focusing more recently on research – and this has allowed her to work with institutions such as The Royal Netherlands Institute for Sea Research, Wageningen University, The University of Oviedo and The Joint Research Centre of the European Commission. As someone who is passionate about science and dissemination of scientific information, she writes for Principia Magazine about scientific issues.
