Guillermo Gutiérrez: Senior Software Developer of OpenDataKit and Data Analyst at the Overseas Development Institute (ODI) for the project to visualise illegal fishing. Specialised in software development and databases, and an expert in geographical information systems (GIS) and in mediations between the analysis and visualisation of data. Guillermo collaborated with the first report by the ODI on illegal fishing. An expert coder in a wide variety of sectors such as meteorology, telephony, online marketing and advertising and industrial production, developing Agile software, test-driven development (TDD), data and software structures and architecture.
