Descripcion
Film producer in Irusoin and founding partner of Moriarti produkzioak. His productions include La trinchera infinita (2019), Handia (2017) and Loreak (2014).
Loreak (Garaño and Goenaga, 2014) became the first production filmed in Basque that competed in the Official Section of the San Sebastian Festival and was nominated for the Goya for Best Film and selected to represent Spain at the Oscars.
Handia (Arregi and Garaño, 2017) won the Special Jury Prize and the Irizar Prize in San Sebastián, in addition to 10 Goya awards.
La trinchera infinita (Garaño, Arregi, and Goenaga) won the Goya for best leading actress and the Goya for best sound in the 2020 edition and opts to compete in the next edition of the Hollywood Academy Awards, which will be held on 25 April 2021.
