Yera Moreno Sainz-Ezquerra

 

Doctor of Philosophy and professor in the History of Art Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Complutense University of Madrid. Her artistic work and research draws on feminism and queer dissent to look at performance and image production in relation to identity and subjectivity. Her recent projects include the audiovisual chapter Feminism in the History of Art from Barcelona project (MACBA) and the Feminist pedagogies. Other ways of making the world exhibition in the Universitas Hall at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche. She is part of the Colektivof artistic collective together with Eva Garrido. She has published articles on art, feminism and queer pedagogies in multiple specialist journals and has co-authored various books on art and education.
