Brian McLean

Brian McLean, LAIKA'S Director of Rapid Prototype, was awarded a Scientific & Technology Oscar® in 2016 for his work in the development of 3D printer technology for facial animation at the company. In addition, he was nominated for a VFX Oscar® for Kubo and the Two Stings, won an Annie Award for Special Achievement in Animation for his work on Coraline and was named by "Variety" as one of the industry’s "Animation Elite."
