THE EKO LAB was born in 2020 with the aim of creating meeting spaces to disseminate and discuss the future of fashion. To this end, they organise workshops, talks and screenings in which they develop a way of accessible and close dissemination around the fields of biodesign, regenerative practices and new crafts.

Since their first event in 2021, they have worked with public and private entities such as the Basque BioDesign Center, EHU/UPV, IED Kunsthal or Tabakalera; as well as with brands and designers such as H05, Eduardo Loreto, SKFK or Bárbara León.

Currently they are running their own space in Irala, Bilbao, where they can research and implement the projects they work on.
