The arrival of information technologies in the field of functional diversity has brought obvious improvements with it, but it still leaves many doubts. The reality of accessibility to the Internet shows that there is still a way to go.

The Office of Open Government of the Presidency of the Basque Government, aware of the need to get the content which is published on the Irekia website to all citizens, proposed this meeting at Hirikilabs to test three application prototypes that allow greater access to the web.
