Maria Elorza

Maria Elorza (Vitoria-Gasteiz, 1988) has a degree in audiovisual communication from the Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona, ​​with a master's degree in Creation and Research in Art from the EHU/UPV. Since 2013 he has directed several short films, among which Gure Hormek (2016), Ancora lucciole (2018), Quebrantos (2020) and Al borde stand out of water (2023).

In 2022 he writes and directs his first feature film, To the Books and to the Women I Cant, premiered at the SSIFF (TCM Youth Award) and at the Rotterdam Film Festival.
