This call aims to support the development of artistic projects in any format, regardless of the artistic discipline, while also seeking to reinforce the local artistic fabric and encourage exchanges between communities of artists.
This call is open to all physical or legal persons, living in Basque Autonomous Community, national or international. Three projects will be selected.
The residency, which will last between eight and twelve weeks, will offer space, context and time for the development of an artistic project, and it will take place from October 2nd to December 22nd, 2023.
The documentation should be written in Spanish, Basque or English, and if it is written in Basque or Spanish, it must also include a brief in English.
The jury composed of Lorea Alfaro (artist and teacher), Bárbara Rodríguez (artistic director of the Botín Foundation) and Maider López (artist) selected Inés Cámara Leret, Marta van Tartwijk and Marc Vives to carry out the residency at Tabakalera.
The residency will offer space, context and time for the development of an artistic project.
