A theatre director and a film-maker team up to make a film on the training of actors. The result is a fiction where the “students” are children aged between 8 and 12 and where two theatre teachers apply two almost opposing methods, as if it were really possible to create elementary training for actors. But is it possible? Is it possible to train inside and out, to leave one’s body, to be transformed? “Pretending to be someone else is not easy”, concludes one of the characters.
