Independent curator and visual researcher. 

Recent projects include If You Are So Smart, Why Aint You Rich?, with Bonaventure Ndikung for the Marrakech Biennale 2014, Picture Berlin 2015 and the upcoming Design Anthropology with sociologist/publisher Yana Milev at NAiM/Bureau Europa (Maastricht) in 2016.

She was cofounder of the Berlin based artistic collective Mindpirates up until 2013 where she directed the Mindpirates Projektraum.
She has curated numerous exhibitions including OF Bodies Chang’d to Various Forms, I Sing…(cubus-m/Berlin), Fold at CIAP (BE), Positioning Osmotic Impulses (2012) at Former prison Neukölln, Berlin, Nomadic Settlers – Settled Nomads (2011) at Kunstraum Kreuzberg / Bethanien Berlin | Berlin (both with Bonaventure Soh Ndikung), RPLCMNT at SAVVY (Berlin) and There Is No I in Team at Program eV (Berlin) in a public space in Newcastle upon Tyne and the BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art (UK).

Her work focuses on artistically translating and examining societal developments and fostering cultural knowledge exchange between people and places. She is interested in trans-disciplinary and collaborative approaches.
Pauline Doutreluingne trained in Sinology at Ghent University (Belgium) and wrote her Master’s thesis on experimental Chinese art and post-Orientalism. She followed a master's program in art management at CAFA, Beijing (2004), was the founder of the Borderline Moving Images Festival in Beijing and assistant director at Platform China Contemporary Art Institute until 2007.
