Javi P3z has been composing songs since the mid-80s. At the start of the 1990s, he set up Parafünk, the first hip hop pop group on the Iberian peninsula and in 1993 they released an album on Madrid label La Fábrica Magnética. During the same period, he founded Sirope with a few friends in his home city of Donostia/San Sebastian. The association’s aim was to disseminate unprejudiced dance music through parties, fanzines and radio programmes. In 1995, he and graphic designer Txarly Brown set up their own label, Novophonic making 12", 10" and 7" vinyl discs, later rereleased as luxury compilations on CD. These included: Instrümental with Ibon Errazkin (who had already worked in bands from the 80's in Donostia/San Sebastian) Camping Gaz & Digi Random with Txarly Brown, Parafünk -which was to become a stable band playing across the Iberian peninsula- and Digi Onze which soon became Javi P3z Orchestra, releasing the Sports album on HiTop Records in 2004. During this period, he began composing soundtracks for films such as Aupa Etxebeste!, Urte Berri On Amona and more recently, Amama with Maite Mursego.

In 2010, he created Triz3ps with Alberto Bosch and Oriol Flores and made three albums: a CD, an EP and an LP. Now, after the Triz3ps adventure, he is preparing a new album as Javi P3z "Püzle".
