Luis Macías, of the Crater-Lab collective from Barcelona, will present a workshop on the optical printer, a small special effects machine used by experimental film makers to create their films on 16 mm film.
In this workshop that brings together cinema and new technologies, we will learn how to build an Optical Printer. Also, we will see how we can use technologies such as 3D printer, Laser Cut or Arduino, among others, to modify and develop filming and hibrid devices.
