Paula Franco Hernani

Paula Franco is a multidisciplinary artist and biodesigner with a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Madrid and Barcelona. She later studied Biodesign and Technology at the Basque BioDesign Center in Bizkaia. Her current work focuses on bioart and new materials, reflecting on the creative disciplines of the future, a path towards new languages where art, technology and science merge.

Social change and climate emergency are his main motivations. In his most recent work, "BiomassLab", she moves the laboratories to the domestic space, creating sustainable products with organic recycling, algae and cellulose.
