After studying at Brockwood Park School, a school founded by Jiddu Krishnamurti, my interest turned to human development through body awareness and creative expression. I trained as a yoga teacher at Yoga Síntesis Barcelona, studied Thai massage at various schools in Thailand, trained as a mindfulness instructor at Baraka Integral and as a biodynamic craniosacral therapist at Midline Institut. Later I discovered movement practice in Barcelona and started practising at The Bamboo Body, a school inspired by Ido Portal. At the same time, I started training as a Feldenkrais teacher at Feldenkrais Institute. Dance has always been present in my life since I was a child, especially contemporary dance and more recently contact improvisation. I currently teach yoga and Feldenkrais at the Instituto de Psicología Integral Baraka, and I continue to expand my knowledge in movement practice with different teachers.
