Program with teachers: Situ-akzioak. Priscila Fernandes

The exhibition What Horses Dream of raises questions of how to escape the representations of power and privilege of the hero and how we have celebrated some and neglected others. Ultimately, Fernandes proposes to subvert the notion of the hero in order to make it our own.

The space is an invitation to imagine or transform stories, present and future, through play. Here we can watch, listen or ride. Read aloud or whisper between dreams. Try to follow the music rhythmically or invent your own.

In this workshop we will learn about the steps we have taken to shape this What Horses Dream of. We will experiment with the workshops carried out with the families and the IPI Virgen del Carmen school. In addition, we will delve into the different elements that make up the proposal and understanding them as a resource for educational practice, we will create and share possible dynamics and experiences during the session.
