楊引弘 or Sam Yang (Tainan, Taiwan, 1985) has a degree in Economics and Business Administration, majoring in marketing, and his professional career is as varied as it is intense. He works as a marketing planner, has experience as a barista and has also worked as a chef at the private club of one of Taiwan's top 100 businessmen.
In 2017 he started studying Spanish, which awakened in him a real passion for Spanish culture. Therefore, in 2018 he decided to open his own Spanish restaurant: Somos, a tapas bar located in the Taiwanese city of Hsinchu, the main technological hub. His aim was to introduce Taiwanese people to authentic Spanish cuisine, beyond classic dishes such as paella and tortilla de patata, to highlight the regional diversity of Spanish cuisine. At the same time, she has a passion for raising awareness of her home culture and explores and encourages links between Europe and Taiwanese/Asian traditions.
Currently, in addition to working as a marketing consultant, he works as a freelance chef and food and beverage consultant, providing his knowledge to people looking to improve their dining experiences and businesses.
