SPOKEN CINEMA: Celia Rico

In 2018 Celia Rico premiered her first feature film, Journey to a Mother’s Room (Viaje al cuarto de una madre), in the New Directors section of Zinemaldi where she won the Youth Award. It was a film that toured many festivals and won awards at several of them. Now Celia Rico is releasing her second film, Los pequeños amores, starring Adriana Ozores and María Vázquez. On 8 March the feature film will be released in cinemas, and at Tabakalera we will have the opportunity to listen to the director Celia Rico talking about her process of creating Los pequeños amores and showing material from the film that we do not usually have access to.
