María Teresa Linaza

She studied Industrial Engineering specialising in Electrical engineering at the Higher Engineering School of the University of Navarre, and obtained her PhD in Industrial Engineering at the Higher Engineering School of the University of Navarre. Since January 2002, she is a member of VICOMTech's research staff and is the Institutional Promotion and Development Manager. She has been an associate professor of the Polytechnic School of Donostia-San Sebastián at the University of the Basque Country, and of the Faculty of Economics and Business Sciences at the University of Deusto. During the last decade, she has managed several projects for competitive and non-competitive calls, at regional, national and international level in fields related to the application of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to the tourism sector and to Creative Industries. In recent years, she has co-directed two theses with a European mention at the University of the Basque Country, has published many articles in conferences and indexed journals, and has been a speaker in both national and international professional and scientific forums.
