CLIMAX - Alejandra Pombo Su

My exploration with vocals is in relation to the scream, as sustained, high-energy vocalisations that go beyond language and express a high vital intensity. I’m interested in the scream due to its lack of phonological structure, without giving rise to any semantic value. It is an unspoken language, it has nothing to do with saying something and everything to do with the experience of being here and now. For this new project, Climax, I want to make an audiovisual piece in which to continue this exploration of the voice in relation to the animal, as a relationship with an Other, not to communicate or understand, but to experience that impossibility.
