Andoni Zamora Txakartegi

Andoni Zamora (Lekeitio, 1992) studied in Barcelona and Amsterdam, where he currently lives. His artistic practice is mainly carried out in performance and audiovisual material, revolving around space and the processes of its representation. His works imitate and reproduce realities by proposing a perspective that suggests new meanings and blurring the boundaries of the context in which each work is produced. He emphasises working with the components of time of the narration itself in his pieces, the setting and the audience’s gaze, where the deconstruction of his work is one of its most significant features.
