"The revived 'War on Drugs' that is being waged in the United States acts as the perfect excuse to incarcerate the black population, and let's not forget that the police kill three black citizens on average every day. In so-called 'primitive' societies, the murder of a person or animal leads to the formation of a bond between the victim and the murder. I would like to talk about this union and ponder its presence, or lack thereof, in the murder of African-Americans at the hands of the police in the present-day United States."
