Alba Valenciano Mañe

Historian and anthropologist, she has worked over the last decade on various aspects of the history and societies of Equatorial Guinea. Her doctoral thesis is an ethnographic studies of the trade and consumption of textile products in the former Spanish colony. As a researcher, she has been interested in the domestication of capitalism and foreign products by the African people.
