Pablo Martínez Garrido

Pablo Martínez Garrido (Cuenca, 1993) is a visual artist and researcher. Explore the relationship between hyper-reality and space using media-flânerie, exploring the niches of a map broader than its territory, in search of temporarily autonomous areas within an ecosystem in the grip of control and surveillance.

He is a Fine Arts graduate from the UCLM and is studying his PhD at the UPV/EHU. He is a member of the working group directed by Luca Carubba for T Game. In 2020 he organised the sessions titled Non Player Character. Media-flâneur art, hiper-reality and surveillance. He has also participated in several festivals, calls for proposals and awards.
