An act that continues an essay in which Mar Reykjavik reformulates the exercise of translation, with an alternative writing and transcription practice to the official one, which she calls Affective Translation.
Affective translation is a language operation in which the effective dimension of translation is replaced by an affective one: one that takes into account the singularity of the person who carries out the operation and of the languages in use, in an exercise that subverts the logic or forces of domination and mastery of languages and that insistently revises the ownership of the word.
In this new act, affective translation is also carried out to and from Basque in an attempt to practise this type of translation beyond writing itself and starting from other forms of enunciation and operation, now from a choral methodology that also leads us to it.
